physical, sexual or emotional harm and from neglect or bullying. It is

Football Association Regulations)
These procedures apply to anyone in football whether in a
paid or voluntary capacity. For example, volunteers in clubs, referees, club officials, helpers on club tours, football coaches and
medical staff.
